News from the American College of Rheumatology/Association of Rheumatology Health Professionals
The American College of Rheumatology has formed a Musculoskeletal Ultrasound task force which is charged to assess the feasibility of developing certification for use of Musculoskeletal Ultrasound in the course of Rheumatology Practice.  Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners are expected to be included along with Rheumatology Physicians in this process.  Stay tuned for updates regarding new developments.  SPAR′s current secretary, Susan Richmond, PA-C, is representing the ARHP in this endeavor.
